The Rebellion Against Fragile Agency Templates
When DigiRox was founded in July 2023 in Ranchi, the commercial web development landscape was plagued by generic digital agencies selling template websites assembled with bloated WordPress page builders and fragile plugins. Clients suffered frequent crashes under traffic spikes, severe security vulnerabilities, and zero ownership of clean source code.
DigiRox was established with a singular charter: operate like an engineering lab, not an agency. We committed to zero bloatware, native codebases in PHP 8 and modern frontend frameworks, direct developer-to-client communication, and verifiable speed benchmarks. Our first engineering facility in Kadru, Ranchi, began delivering custom high-throughput web applications and bespoke inventory engines.
Scaling Across 19 Vertical Sectors & Workflow Automations
Between late 2023 and 2024, our delivery velocity accelerated rapidly. Businesses across 19 vertical sectors—including wholesale commerce, logistics, healthcare clinics, edtech portals, and manufacturing—turned to DigiRox to replace fragile off-the-shelf software with robust custom platforms.
During this phase, we pioneered our self-hosted business automation pipelines using n8n clusters and Redis message queues. Manual data entry workflows were replaced with automated lead routing, CRM synchronizations, and instant WhatsApp notification engines. We crossed 250+ production system deliveries with a 100% data confidentiality record under mutual NDA agreements.
Establishing Physical Hubs: Gumla & Lucknow
Recognizing the importance of in-person technical collaboration and regional client accessibility, DigiRox expanded its physical footprint beyond Ranchi HQ.
We inaugurated the Gumla Regional Technology & Operations Center on DSP Road, serving local business infrastructure, and opened the Lucknow Strategic Business & Cloud Consultancy in Gomti Nagar. Our full-time engineering and operations team expanded past 20 multidisciplinary specialists, maintaining an average response time of under 5 hours.
Consolidation Under Roxonic Private Limited
In September 2025, DigiRox achieved a transformative institutional milestone: completing a strategic merger into parent corporation Roxonic Private Limited (CIN: U62090JH2025PTC025912).
This consolidation directly integrated our software engineering division with tier-1 enterprise hosting infrastructure: unlocking dedicated NVMe Gen4 solid-state cloud storage arrays, LiteSpeed Enterprise web clusters, Anycast DNS routing, and dedicated NVIDIA Tensor Core GPU server clusters for AI model training and inference. DigiRox evolved into a full-stack IT Solution Provider delivering both software logic and high-performance bare-metal compute.
Crossing 650+ Production Systems & Autonomous AI Systems
Today, DigiRox operates as DigiRox Global 2.0, with over 650 production systems actively running for enterprises across regional and global markets.
Our current engineering initiatives focus on production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) AI agents, autonomous CRM/CMS operational backbones, and server-side Meta Conversions API tracking. We continue to operate with the same founding conviction: build sovereign, clean-coded technology that businesses truly own and rely upon.
